Acquisition of historical and traditional chateaux and castles, to be used as exclusive and high class private hotel.
The Pardes Group European Community selected five units of chateaux an castles to be acquired under the market value, and turned into private hotel for richest customers.
Selected using capability of comfort, services, security, proximity of cities and land (natural forest are preferred) the selection was made by our team and hired professionals real estate dealers to negotiation.

High Class Island Resort
This project, was developed to buy an island and build a six star floating resort in the complex.
The island complex is composed by five island, two greatest than the others will receive the land structures, like restaurant, wather parks and others.
The small island will me maintained as natural reserve and preservation area for dive and natural research about the place.

According our policies and proposed program of investments to next decade, the hotel program will acquires or build hotels and resorts in north America, Europe, Asia.
Some projects are devoted to amusement parks, family resorts and resorts for private use, including two in Brazil, one in Chile and another in Canada.
In each project, quotes or shares (through private placement and condominium model) will be issue to achieve our goals.
All projects will be secured and with insurance bond to grant comfort for the investor, and mitigate the risk of investment.
