With extensive embedded technology, each housing unit (HU) has an artificial intelligence system to ensure comfort, safety and tranquility for its residents.

A life safety centre ensures that each guest has their health fully monitored, with the right to medical visits, special care and monitoring of vital signs, in order to offer maximum comfort and safety to our residents and their families.

Each UH will have a multimedia centre connected with the family through a website exclusive to each guest, with a special page with updated information and access to real-time communication with residents; so when that longing hits, it only takes a minute to connect and talk to your loved ones.

SECURITY is our great ally.

When our guests feel safe, they have peace of mind and with peace of mind comes quality of life.

Inside the village, each space is monitored to offer this feeling of security and tranquility to all guests and visitors who come to spend time with their families.

The entire surroundings of the village have constant monitoring systems, with open spaces for better observation and proximity sensors throughout the surrounding area.

Access is allowed through controlled entrances, and vehicles are restricted to certain areas of the village; not being allowed in circulation inside the condominium.

Special electric vehicles are used to transport visitors, and for internal locomotion in the condominium 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

No guest or visitor needs to walk more than ten meters between leaving their home and accessing the local vehicle.

Security cameras, sensitive fences on approach, trained teams in constant movement in the village space, individual access identification, with a TAG monitoring bracelet and patrols on the access roads guarantee the complete security of the condominium and its residents.

Comfort is essential for our guests. For this reason, each installation, adaptation, whether environmental, structural or technological, meets exceptional criteria of quality and comfort.

Each house is built in concrete or another form of construction that guarantees quality, durability and thermal and acoustic comfort.

The roof of each house is a small solar farm, with panels and solar panels for generating energy and heat, or in the case of summers, exchanging heat and promoting a comfortable natural climate inside the houses.

Use of heat exchange wells, like Provance or Canadian wells, with air conditioning towers and thermal units distributed throughout the village space.

Large wooded spaces, vegetation cover for most of the ground and planned air circulation, aim to regulate temperatures and daily comfort.

Use of water mirrors, fountains (with drinking water) and humidification as temperature control will be a structural part of the project around the world.

Within each village and within the complex of villages, when applicable, there will be spaces and local units for the exclusive service of the guest.

A strip mall, with several stores, restaurants and snack bars, theatre/cinema space and squares compose the environment created to offer guests and guests, the maximum in support of services, leisure and conditions of freedom for shopping, and a quiet life, with full access to restaurants and events.

In more complex emergency or urgent cases, there is a mobile ICU in each unit with the capacity to respond to emergencies that may occur.

The vital signs monitoring system allows the monitoring and prior treatment of events and situations where medical assistance is needed.

Each residence is equipped with a complex system to monitor the vital conditions of its guests, so in any event, we will be ready for immediate assistance.
